• 10 days or more - full refund
• 48 hours to 9 days - 50% of tour cost
• Full price cancellation will be charged for any cancellations made within 48 hours of your tour or customers who fail to arrive at their pre-booked departure time without any notice.
• Vivid Golf Tours (VGT) reserves the right to cancel any tour due to weather conditions, hazard identification, or events beyond our control that will interfere with the safe operation of the business. Customers affected will be offered full refunds.
• All prices are in New Zealand dollars

VGT is an activity that has risks and the potential to encounter hazards due to the natural environment in which the tour operates. VGT operates a safety management system to reduce exposure to these risks; however, we cannot completely mitigate all of them. It is important you are aware that these risks and hazards may lead to injury, serious harm, and, in some cases, even death. Specific risks include but are not limited to vehicle accidents (including golf carts), adverse weather effects, slips and falls.

Tours occur on golf courses subject to variable seasonal weather conditions, with temperatures ranging from 0 to 30 degrees Celsius (32 to 86 Fahrenheit), and including frosts, thunderstorms, lightning, strong winds and gusts, rain, hail and occasionally high temperatures and humidity. Coolest season is winter, May to July. Summer season and warm temperatures are December through February.

I/We are aware that VGT operates procedures and policies as part of its safety management plan of which:

• I must comply with to keep myself and others safe.
• I agree all instructions given by VGT trained guides/staff will be followed
• I acknowledge that VGT will take all reasonable and practical steps to ensure my safety while participating in this activity
• I accept full responsibility for my actions or inactions and personal belongings
• I understand that this tour is non-refundable if I/we choose not to complete it
• I have read and understood the above risks/hazards, and environmental factors that could be encountered during my experience with VGT. The activity occurs in a natural environment where unpredictable and uncontrollable events could cause death or serious harm.
